PRODUCT POLICY:
We guarantee everything in our catalog and website to be as represented. If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return it. We will be happy to exchange your order, give you a credit towards your next order or send you a refund. Paper forms and custom orders are excluded. Every effort has been made to maintain accuracy in listing merchandise sizes, specifications and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors and change prices without notice.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Please inspect your shipments carefully and as soon it arrives. If the package is damaged, have the delivery person make a note of it on the delivery slip. Also, be sure to check for damage as you take your products out of the package. If you find any merchandise damaged, notify the carrier as well as Jonas Supply. After 10 days from the time of delivery, Jonas CANNOT process claims.
Jonas Supply will accept returns within 30 DAYS from the actual ship date for a full merchandise exchange or refund. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION number (RA) is required on all returns and must be referenced on the outside of all packages. On returns over 30 days, a 15% restocking charge will be assessed. No item will be accepted for return or a refund after 3 months. We do not accept returns on any paper forms, special orders and custom form cuts.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give to us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any 3rd party outside our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your order (ship an order).
We take extreme precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. We use encrypted technology in all areas where your personal and account information is required. Your information remains encrypted as all times.
